A former 13th-century convent, later converted into a four-star hotel and now inactive.
Several repositioning scenarios are being evaluated, including a wellness retreat with spa, a luxury hotel with a distinctive concept, or a high-end senior living facility.
Torre Errighi
Todi, Umbria
A former 14th-century watchtower, today a manor house set among olive groves and woodland between Todi and the Tiber.
The masterplan calls for the restoration of the historic manor and the creation of new tourist-residence hamlets integrated into the hillside landscape, with natural pools, tennis courts and a golf course.
